Fruit spread Frosting

This coconut carrot cake is frosted with Strawberry Chamomile Spreadable Fruit frosting. Any jam can be substituted in the ratio below!

Yield

Frosting for one 9” cake with a little bit leftover. Double the recipe for a 2 layer cake with a layer of frosting in between.

Ingredients

¼ cup spreadable fruit

3 cups powdered sugar

1 tablespoon water

Recipe

Mix all of the ingredients.

Spread evenly over cake.

Let set for 5 minutes before slicing.
