Canned peaches

We use the standards for canning peaches written out by the USDA Ball Jar book and the cooperative extension offices. Here is the Penn State Extension link for canned peaches, the simplest explanation and most efficient canning method we’ve found. We tend to choose the simple syrup method since most of our jars are destined for desserts and sweet treats!
